
Applications
to study themes closely related to the Global Studies' mission will receive priority consideration. The grant
covers transportation to Madison, lodging, per diem, and miscellaneous
research expenses (e.g., photocopying) up to a total of $750.
At the end
of the grant period, scholars must submit a short project report
to Global Studies outlining Madison activities and specific plans
to integrate information gained from the grant into courses.
A complete
application will consist of:

a current
curriculum vitae; |

a letter
of interest (no more than 3 pages) outlining the scholar's research
plan and its relevance to his or her undergraduate teaching. |
Applications
may be submitted electronically or by US mail, but please submit
all parts of the application simultaneously and through the same
medium.
Incomplete
applications will not be considered.
