Global Studies
is actively involved in all levels of outreach, with a goal of
providing educators and community leaders with the tools to integrate
global content into curriculum and community programs, increasing
awareness of global issues and better preparing a citizenry for
an increasingly interconnected world.
This
summer we are offering a weeklong teacher workshop
for k-12 educators, to be held 23-27 June 2008 at Lowell Hall
on the UW-Madison campus. The workshop, planned in collaboration
with the Center
for European Studies, will be on New
and Emerging Migrations. Visit the website
for more information.
Global Studies
